Overview:

Galliant is looking for a passionate and highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team!

We are looking for an Operations Manager who will work closely with our executive team and play a crucial role in Galliant’s productivity and effectiveness of our clinics. You will take on special projects, oversee improvements to our clinical operations, and improve communication across teams. You will be responsible for streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives to various departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, autonomous, and uses good judgment to solve operational problems.

What To Expect:

• Lead and participate in special projects to drive business initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely completion of project objectives
• Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with COO and executive management
• Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to office managers across various locations, ensuring consistency in operational procedures and adherence to organizational policies. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among office management teams
• Regularly visit clinic sites to assess operational needs, address any concerns, and maintain a hands-on understanding of facility requirements
• Ensure efficient upkeep of facilities by overseeing maintenance schedules and addressing any necessary repairs or improvements. Liaise with external vendors as needed
• Develop and implement schedules for Saturday operations and extended weekday hours, ensuring smooth execution of services and maximizing operational efficiency. Coordinate staffing, resources, and logistical support to meet the needs of additional operations.
• Coordinate staffing, resource allocation, and operational logistics during holiday periods to maintain continuity of services and uphold organizational standards.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field
• Five or more years of experience in a business management or executive role
• Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
• Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
• Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Versatile abilities and dedication to efficient productivity
• Experience in data analysis and budget management
